Chief Financial Officer
Mario Riemma joined ETC as Chief Financial Officer in July 2012. Mr. Riemma has more than 20 years of financial and management experience serving both technology and consumer goods companies. Mr. Riemma has also played a key role in the development of the financial modules featured in ETC’s most recent Back Office platform, riteHorizon, allowing ETC to respond to the most sophisticated requirements of clients from the tolling industry in terms of accounting, treasury, and reconciliations.
Executive Vice President, Business Development
Kevin Holbert, who joined ETC in 2002, is a knowledgeable and accomplished leader who serves as ETC’s Executive Vice President of Business Development. He has over 27 years of experience in the tolling industry – as a manager of information systems at a tolling authority, a consultant, and as an executive of a full systems integration provider. Through these diverse roles, Mr. Holbert brings a unique and seasoned perspective as a business development leader in the industry.
David Mace Roberts
David Mace Roberts is General Counsel and Compliance Officer of ETC. Mr. Roberts is responsible for all legal and compliance related matters on behalf of the company. Prior to joining ETC, Mr. Roberts held senior executive legal and compliance positions at global technology companies.
Executive Vice President, Back Office Systems
As ETC’s Executive Vice President, Simon Cheng leads the successful integration and delivery of solutions across all programs for the Back Office Systems Business Unit as well as running the Customer Service Center Operations. Mr. Cheng joined ETC in 2002 and has more than 20 years of experience in business technology and software implementation for the tolling industry.
Executive Vice President, Roadside Systems
As ETC’s Executive Vice President, Tom Owen leads the program management, engineering, systems integration, installation, and maintenance support for the Roadside Systems Business Unit. Mr. Owen has over 25 years of experience in the toll industry, working in various engineering, supervisory, and management roles, ensuring successful delivery and operations for back office and roadside systems.
