Electronic Transaction Consultants, LLC (ETC) was founded in 1999 by Tim Gallagher, a recognized expert in the field of information systems for the transportation industry. Today, we service three of the top 15 toll authorities in the United States. Our solutions process over 2 billion toll transactions per year at the most technically advanced toll authorities in the industry.
