Tim Gallagher founded ETC in 1999. In 2012, Atlantia S.p.A. became the majority shareholder in the company enabling ETC to pursue a wider range of market opportunities.

We have a full understanding of the upstream or downstream ramifications of each type of program. Following the most recent market trend for tolling authorities to have separate vendors for Roadside and Back Office programs, we recently adapted our organizational structure.
Our Roadside and Back Office business units serve these two lines of business — allowing us to better foster specialization, accountability, and dedication to our clients, who then benefit through expert execution of these programs.
